Horsley Hill Family Hub - For Every Family

Horsley Hill Family Hub is integrated within the vibrant and unique Horsley Hill Campus, along with Sea View Primary School and Bamburgh School which is an educational setting for children with SEND aged 4 to 16 years.

Working in partnership with a wide range of professionals, Horsely Hill Family Hub provides a wealth of services and activities for families with babies pre/post-birth until they reach the age of 19 (or up to 25 for young people with special educational needs and disabilities).

The Hub provides a cosy, welcoming space for families, professionals and the wider community, to provide the best start for children’s futures.

We look forward to welcoming you to access our wonderful services.
