South Tyneside Family Hubs are pleased to be part of an exciting new era as the Solihull Approach switches to the new Togetherness model.

South Tyneside Council and South Tyneside Family Hubs currently work alongside Solihull to deliver a number of programmes which benefit families and children/young people in the Borough both face-to-face and online.

This change has been carefully considered and reflects the latest research, feedback from practitioners, and the evolving needs of the communities we serve. Togetherness builds on the strengths of the Solihull Approach and amplifying our reach to impact more lives.

Togetherness helps to communicate the offer effectively to all of the different people we work with, whether they’re young people, starting a family, raising teens or professionals working to improve outcomes. The improved visual identity work ensures materials are accessible for all.

What’s staying the same?

  • Face-to-face sessions for families will continue but will be updated to the togetherness model
  • You will continue to receive guidance and support from Family Hub staff around the Togetherness model
  • Your course access and progress
  • The high-quality, evidence-based content you’re used to
  • Your login details
  • Our dedication to your learning and wellbeing

You do not need to do anything, but you may see some changes we want you to know about.

What has changed?

  • A new name: Togetherness
  • A new website: togetherness.co.uk/learn
  • A new look and layout to make your learning journey even smoother and more enjoyable
